2. The Software.
The Software is an extension for your browser. When you install the Software after accepting our Terms of Service, your new tab page is replaced with a clean, simple background and a search bar, and allows you to select which search engine you would like to use. When you search from the new tab page or URL bar, your search engine of choice is used. In addition, the Software will attempt to protect your choice of search engine and new tab page from malicious programs and potentially unwanted programs that may attempt to change your default search engine. When we set your Browser's settings using the Software, they will be saved automatically on Chrome™, Firefox®, and Internet Explorer®.
